actually econs is a much more dreaded paper.
To think for the past month, i've been TRYING to work towards this week with efforts that some are paid off, while some are rubbed away by over-bombarded brain and restless body.
And why am i blogging here ?
because i'm stalking people ;D and i know that 孫自佑 is 171cm :D (taller than me lorh LOL)
and he just champed xing guang da dao 5. :D
a great pity that i cannot watch that episode til after promos.
BUT DUN FRET, i will watch it right aft my promos are over and done with.

but now , i realised bio rocks and i enjoy studying it (for de very first time despite my years being a bio student). and it's because of econs the substitute that made bio's utility higher.
econs results in negative externality.
can't absorb = me piss= me restless= parents also sian LOL.
negative externality is the spillover effect due to a consumption and/or production of a good/ service that results in 3rd party cost with NO compensation being made.
so we should take into account externalities.
As a policy, econs paper should be burnt.
and we'll have to evaluate the pros
