firstly, i would like to extend my congratulations to the top scorers- jingya and zhaojin!
as well as everybody- who have just sowed the seeds of their hard work. regardless of the quality.

now it's time for a short excerpt of ranting..
just allow me, wont u? xD

i was so freaked out by my freaking english results.
i got a freaking c5.

at this point, i was so dazed that i could not hold back my tears. however, it's all over. i've come to accept this as a failure of my english lessons, my inconsistency and bad luck. no matter how bad my english is, i didn't believe it deserve a c5 at o lvl standard.

i was lucky. i was lucky enough for hmt to cover and bring me through. i've moved on and that bring me to the next phrase: making a choices amongst the school.

i had aimed for Vjc- 4points for science course. i attained an 9 raw score for my l1r5.
after minusing my 2 from cca and 2 from hmt, i got a 5!
lc is the same state as me too. thus, we have decided to try our luck n put vj as our first choice,.
this is so that we wont regret weeks down the road for not trying and frantically hoping that we've had tried our luck and fought for vjc.

now, there goes the first choice- a certain choice but affirmity of getting in is otherwise.
the biggest dilemma is between tj and nyjc for my 2nd choice.
felicia said distance matters. and i perfectly understood that statement.
i'm really super reluctant to drag my lethargic body over the grounds and walk myself to hg int to take 87.. to fall asleep on the bus.. or go take de train and missing my stop.

on the other hand, nyjc have proven its worth by it's strategic position- being near and accessible.
it too, has told me tat it's a promising place with caring teachers and principal.

however, tjc would be able to push me to do better.
lc said that environment mattered more.

it does.
i would need some pushing regardless in studies / band.
i'll need a good environment.
ny needed more self-discipline.. which i doubt i hv.
i can already see myself going back to the band room everyday and fall asleep on my bed every single nite if i go ny.

the dilemma lies. but however, goin to the net just now has helped t guide me.
i compared tj's distance to vj's distance.
and tj's travelling time suddenly became shorter than vj.
and that reaffirmed my choice to go tj.
furthermore, tj's band is (:
so well.. mayb this is the wae i'll head.

the last q is whether i could get into my first choice.

dun worry i'm fine already.
and many have realli reaffirmed to me that 9 is indeed a delight, which i agree!

and instead of mourning, i believe devotin my efforts to my language would have been good.
hmt was an a2 for me. i had hoped for a A1..
the two language were the 2 main disappointments, mayb due to the fact that it's bout the fundamentals than the mugging.

mic and oboe asked me a very important question: can you cope with gp in jc ?
that's definitely an important key. english as the maiin part of gp with some newspaper reading is the key to score. lu told me blogging in proper english will help. that's what i'll be doing. i hope. and sry if this bores u readers :/

i'm willing to work, to tell the whole world that this freaking c5 shouldn't belonged to me, right frm the start..
