i cannot sleep in class. mayb wen i return frm the holidaes, after havin ample sleep, i'll be able to keep myself listening.
i have slipped from top 10 to top 20. a position of 19 out of 54 ppl.
i wasn't upset about it but hope dat i can climb back up.
marcus won me for the first time. ok. he was happi about it.
his rank: 15. 4 ranks sia.
he won lots more too. but he started to mug much earlier and therefore i guess more details will b covered? okok, shall not talk about this saddening topic. those hu didn't study last year has chionged this year and their ranking wen on a great leap. congratulations. i'll be back! :D
during the morning assembly yesterday, i heard from rebecca that they were all helping mrs song to look for me. they carn c me. coz i was sleeping X= ok. wrong. i dozed off. they are 2 different things. dozed off wasn't a delibrate attempt.
i did catch mrs. thang talk and others being here n dere. Mr. thomas was a brave person. i had listened to the talk in the hall and morning with 100% attention. i salute him as a person. i really wondered how much courage he need to hav before overcoming so many difficulties. i guessed onli a minute amt can really accept the fact. especially teenagers, hu hav dreams to fulfil, hu want t do many things. it was a sure a hard blow! fortunately, he has his family. 'i didnt' have any choice'. his mom has made him persist and in a sense- prolonging his life. and making his life worthwhile by spreading the msg to take care of ourselves.
i have realised that every morning wen most of the SLs wen up and say the student creed, they tend to to screw the same paragraph. then, they will skip to the last one. a trend or a common mistake?
THURSDAY n SAT- BAND PRACS.
first band practice after so long. so looking forward to the pieces that we were be playing for the concert. plz support xmsb's xinfonyVII. 13TH JULY 2007. FRIDAE. 730PM. tix is not out yet. please order b4 dey runs out!
i got the part for serenade onli. the other which ia elegy mainly consist of sec2 percussionists. justin's first timpani piece. late but beta den never. he was upset becoz it was too sudden. there's a first time everytime. good exposure. but he is now doing well. coping quite alright for a second practice. he is a talented one. learn so fast. i'm jealous lorh. but he jus too playful liao tsk tsk tsk..
bass drum sounds weird. mr. tan wans us to tune it. x.x
qingxuan will be playing a crash piece, since it is no surprise for her to be doing alright on the mallets. she has received her first crash piece on sat. train ur hands gal. we got a 20inch crash. so heavy. imagine it carrying throughout the whole 7 mins??! oh gosh, this was wad i hav wen thru lo. i jus carn believe me taking so long to cope with the airpockets. at least i'm ok now.
jus wonder wad i'll be getting for the other pieces. finally i'm able to focus to practice with a clearer aim. n i'll b able to focus betta :D really hope to make the best of the times i'll be with the band b4 i focus on my studies next year. i will b having so much fun times. i'm sure. with all the fun ppl :D!

we had fun. eating. messing. but the worst tink is dat it was a high class restaurant, we hav to keep our vol under control which is rather difficult. dere were 100 plus ppl la! n without noise dere isn't much fun to be expected.
but well, keeping noise in control reduces the fun but well, it was deemed necessary. but we'll still hav fun isn't it? looking at some ppl hu r so enthusiatically playing their UNO cards. lol. :D

dey received deir pieces. quite hard but gd exposure. :D
still got samba! aww. i miss mr. pan's lessons.
